About The Owl House

The Owl House in Cala Pi is situated as a front line villa with fantastic views over the Mediterrean Ocean. It is a 3 bedroom villa that sleeps six, with the master bedroom upstairs with picture postcard view and ensuite bathroom with bath. The two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom with shower and one bedroom has french doors which open out onto the terrace and also has a great view.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, oven, hob, icemaker and coffee maker. The living room has two large sofas set around the fireplace and has TV and stereo facilities and looks out over the sea through french doors as does the dining room inside. There is also a dining area on the outside terrace for alfresco dining.

The outside space consists of the dining terrace which even has an outside fireplace to keep off the winter chill, a large swimming pool with plenty of room for sunloungers and a garden surrounding the villa with attractive plants and shrubs.
